If the items purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return online within 14 days of receiving your order by visiting the returns page. Once you receive the label, we ask that you ship the return within 14 days. Keep in mind, for returns, shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and is non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
